 Power struggles can feel like a battle where parent and child are each determined to win. The victory in winning is not worth it when everyone is left feeling angry, sad, or hopeless. In this workshop parents will learn why the human brain is "wired" for the fight, and identify strategies for preventing and defusing power struggles.
